If there is any missing or erroneous information on your loan application regarding your Bank Account, you authorize us to verify and correct such missing or erroneous information.
Credit Reporting Disclosure
We may make inquiries concerning your credit history and standing, and may report information concerning your performance including, but not limited to, late payments, missed payments, or other defaults, to credit reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your Loan may be reflected in your credit report.
Collection and Use of Bank Account and Other Information About You
As part of our credit underwriting and information collection process, we will consider the bank account information provided by you as eligible for us to process payments against, we may detect additional bank accounts under your ownership, and we also may collect and consider information about you from non-credit reporting agency data providers and publicly available information about you.
We collect the following additional information about the customer and store it in our system. This doesn’t include information collected from third-party during the decision process.
We create cookies in the customer’s device and use that information between sessions.
We collect customers navigation and analytics information thru Google Analytics and Heap.
We collect customer bank transaction detail when they go thru the DecisionLogic bank verification process.
Although we try to protect information you send us, we cannot guarantee that information sent over the Internet is completely confidential. There are certain aspects of Internet usage, your computer and your links to the Internet we cannot control. Therefore, transmission of information to us on the Internet must be undertaken at your own risk.
This Agreement supersedes any previous Terms of Use Agreement to which you and Rely Credit may have been bound. This Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Submissions
All information submitted to Rely Credit via this Site shall be deemed and remain the property of Rely Credit and Rely Credit shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this Site provides Rely Credit through this Site. Divulgación de informes de crédito
Podemos hacer consultas sobre su historial crediticio y su situación, y podemos comunicar información sobre su desempeño, incluyendo, entre otros, pagos atrasados, pagos no efectuados u otros incumplimientos, a las agencias de informes de crédito. Los pagos atrasados, los pagos no efectuados u otros incumplimientos en su Préstamo pueden reflejarse en su informe de crédito.
Recopilación y uso de cuentas bancarias y otra información sobre usted
Como parte de nuestro proceso de suscripción de crédito y recopilación de información, consideraremos la información de la cuenta bancaria proporcionada por usted como elegible para que procesemos los pagos, podemos detectar cuentas bancarias adicionales bajo su propiedad y también podemos recopilar y considerar información sobre usted de proveedores de datos de agencias de informes que no son de crédito y la información disponible públicamente sobre usted.
Recopilamos la siguiente información adicional sobre el cliente y la almacenamos en nuestro sistema. Esto no incluye información recopilada de terceros durante el proceso de decisión.

Envíos

Because we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus, late or missed loan payments may negatively impact your credit rating. If you fail to repay your Account in accordance with the terms of your Agreement, we may place your Account with, or sell your Account to, a third-party collection agency or other company that acquires and/or collects delinquent consumer debt.

After the 24th successful payment, the loan is paid in full. Loans accepted prior to 10:30 a.m. Central time (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) can be funded that same day.
This is an expensive form of credit. Alternative forms of credit, such as a credit card cash advance, personal loan, home equity line of credit, existing savings or borrowing from a friend or relative, may be less expensive and more suitable for your financial needs. Before borrowing, please consider whether you will be able to repay any amount you borrow along with the Finance Charges disclosed to you in your Agreement.
